I'm so grateful you found me. I believe whenever we meet someone, there's an invitation to explore why they have entered our life at this time and place. You’ve landed here for a purpose, and I invite you to stay open to the synchronicities and listen to the intuitive nudges that brought you here. My life hasn't followed a smooth path; I've faced challenges from living with a parent struggling with addiction, to surviving emotional abuse, to battling my own bad habits and traumas. Fear and uncertainty often consumed me, but these painful experiences have shaped me and led to my healing and growth.
My hope is to help others who have felt that same fear find their own light. Many of us have spent so much time in survival mode, seeking approval and striving to fit in, often pushing our own needs aside just to be okay. But now is the time for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual. If you've found your way here, it's likely your inner wisdom guided you. You're tired of merely surviving and know there's more out there for you. Together, with compassion as our light, we will heal—taking the first step today towards truly living.
I struggled for so long, running from my traumas and grief, until life led me to face myself. An autoimmune diagnosis and the loss of my sister and cousin cracked me open, offering a chance to heal. With care and courage, I allowed myself to feel fully, even though it hurt. By nurturing my body and soul, I began to mend, integrating my traumas through self-love and patience. My path taught me that our wounds need air and light, and by opening up, we can heal and become whole.
You have permission here to honor all your emotions, releasing the assumption that some are wrong. Feel them fully, and they'll reveal wholeness. My hope is that you'll discover, like I did, that our pain has a purpose. It shows us who we are beyond the stories we tell and connects us back to our inner light. When you’re ready, take my hand. I'll walk with you as you explore all that you've carried, set it down, and find freedom.
